The billing and payment process is handled by Google or Apple, depending on which platform you purchased the subscription on. Due to data protection, we do not have access to this information and therefore can not provide refunds.

iOS / Apple App Store
For subscriptions billed by Apple, contact Apple Support for assistance with billing issues and refund requests.

Android / Google Play Store
For subscriptions billed through Google Play, contact Google Play Support for help with billing issues and refund requests.
