If you can not login or have forgotten your email address, you have the following options:
- If you registered with an email address, you will have received a confirmation email from tonestro at that time. Please search for this email in your mailbox (it might have ended up in spam).
- Try all possible email addresses with the "Reset password" option and check if you receive an email from us (please check your spam folders again).
- Have you perhaps used the options "Log in with Facebook" or "Sign in with Apple"? Please try these options as well. Check your profile in the tonestro app to see if you are now logged in with the correct user. If not, go to Settings - Logout.
- Can you remember your username? This would help us to find your user.
If you have tried all of these options and still can't log in, send us a message with all possible usernames and email addresses.
