The most common reasons are the following:
There was an issue with your internet connection and the app doesn't show the actual playing progress.
- Open your profile
- Open settings (button in the upper right corner)
- Select "Clear Cache" (don't be scared, you have to answer some onboarding questions again 😉)
You are logged in with the wrong user account
- First, check your user name by opening your profile
- If the wrong username is shown in the profile, logout and login with your user account.
- You can logout via app settings (profile => settings button in the upper right corner).
